Do you offer gift wrap? TOP
Absolutely, for $5 an item. If an item you are purchasing does not offer Gift Wrap, it may still be available, please ask us PRIOR to ordering and we will get right back to you!

Can I contribute an article to the Newsletter? TOP
We would love to have you contribute an article to the newsletter, please submit a sample or an article you are interested in seeing in our newsletter. If we approve it, you will likely be featured in the next newsletter we publish.

Just send us an email listing the brands you are interested in buying at The Silly Wagon. We will take them into consideration for our next buying season.

What is your return policy on swimsuits and sale items? TOP

What is a pre order and how does it work? TOP
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. Preordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock,  any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you, but if unavailable a full in store credit will be issued. We consider all preorders that are shipped within 30 days of stated approx. Ship Date, To Be On Time.

How long after I place an order, can I cancel it? TOP
Orders are processed as soon as you place an order and cannot be cancelled after 3 hours of placing order.

Can you clarify your return policy for me? TOP
Sure, we want you to be well informed before you buy, so we are happy to break down the policy for you!

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase. Excluding pre-order items and sale items. Any items not purchased at full retail are considered sale items. Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure a refund. Shipping fees are non refundable.

All sales are final after 14 days. Items identified as a "final sale" are non returnable. Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be credited at the item's current sales price minus a 25% restocking fee.

Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us.

Swimming Suits are non-refundable but can be returned for in store credit or size exchange.

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Just place an online order for the items you desire and we will process it promptly. Your account will be credited within 30 days.

Holiday merchandise is a final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvet outfits. Any Holiday Wear returned within 3 weeks prior to the date of the Holiday cannot be refunded but we will be glad to give you an in store credit.

We would also like to note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers. We will always tell you this in the product listing therefore we are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Then please ask away! We want you to get the size you need the FIRST time, as the sizes sell out quickly at The Silly Wagon.
We often get questions about how specific brands run is size. With some of our preordered product lines like Made U Look, Oilily and Mish Mish, we may not know this information until it arrives in our store. It is important to remember that every item may vary by brand, collection, style, and fabric. Many 100% cotton items are subject to shrinkage even if the fabric has been pre-washed. To generalize, we have found Made U Look to run a size small and when in doubt, recommend ordering one size larger than your child's current age. Again, this is only a generalization and we are happy to measure specific items upon request.
